  • thank you for helping me memorize this!

  • I wish somebody had written this sililoquy into a song when I was in school! I would have memorized it quicker!

  • the way this song is kinda ruins it for me i'd prefer the eeriness and such that the soliloquy had portrayed

  • I have to remember this in my English class. THANK YOU I"M USING THIS TO HELP ME OUT!!

  • WONDERFUL ^^!

  • i need to no it for english and i only no 5 lines! i wont remember it all im only 12!!!

  • this is really epic

i have to recite this for my english class tomorrow and i just know the first 9 lines=[

  • this is helping me memorize this.

  • this is just annoying

  • i had to reamber this poem for school, and i listened to this song and it helped me soo much!! i reeambered the whole thing and got an A+ !!! =D

  • this is awesome. could I get the uke chords?

  • helping me memorize the first 15 lines for english. thank youuuu

  • The tone and melody does not reflect the eerieness of the soliloquy. The soliloquy is somewhat scary while this song's melody is somewhat happy. How ironic.

  • Yes. Ironic. In the song is not somebody who's suffering but someone who's telling us something all we know. For example: the dread stops often our determination (not only for suicide). You can think in the "whips and scorns of time" as a tragedy or to take all this as "the soup that we eat everyday". A place where we must deal. Even in a middle of a battle is good not to loose your sense of humor. Maybe we can imagine and old Hamlet (not dead!) remembering his old thoughts...singing!

  • if you would put this up on itunes, i would buy it to study for this recitation i have tomorrow.

  • To believed or not believe in heaven or hell? Do we believed Heaven or Hell, appearance inside each human souls and hearts, in everyday life while we still alive?

Do we have to waited for after dead to go to Heaven or Hell!!!

    What next after dead ???

“To be or not to be” ! I think Shakespeare want to shared his ideas-imagination-like a story and question, what to be or not to be. It is great sense of poem with deeply meaning. Thanks for the song.

  • Cool. For a very cool rock ballad rendition of this soliloquy, search Jesse Karey on youtube.

  • thank you so much for making this song!!!!!!!! i hella need to memorize this for my english class

  • Maybe only the fear "of something after dead" stop our suicide. It's one of the possible interpretations of the monologue.

  • Horrible interpretation.

    The song is about suicide

  • fucking badass!!!!1

  • Thank you so much for this beautiful song, as I am sick of listening to it so many times (for english class), yet it is still holds much beauty.

  • I like this, very catchy and calm. It feels lengthy but it's a great song.

  • I appreciate very much this opinion. Arnau

  • THIS. IS. SO. BOSS. five stars.

  • ZNQ!

  • This is legit!

  • Thank you, from Barcelona!

  • what kind of strings do you play on this? is it ukulele? i'm trying to learn it myself.

  • TIMPLE: Itis a five strings instrument. Originary from Canary Islands. It's like ukelele tenor, plus one high string in D. His back is round: powerfull sound.

    The tuning is G, C, E (low),A, D.

You can check in the net timple and timple canario.

For To be or not no to be" you can use this chords: DM7, GM7, G6, Am/CM7with9, D7, D.

    Enjoy it!

  • Cool

  • You are a life saver my sir! Thank you so much!

  • awesome, good tune, plus its a great way to memorize a great speech by giving it the different notes and inflection, a song is way easier to remember than a speech.

  • Oh, this is incredible.

  • HAHAHAAH, love it!! thanks, i have to recite this in 2 days

  • Hey, Arnau. My English teacher and class are obsessed with your version of Mr. Shakespeare's soliloquy. Your version makes the speech easy to memorise and fun to listen to. Well done!

  • Great!!! Where is your English school or class?

  • California in a town called Pasadena.

Thanks again from me and my classmates :)

  • Lounge by Eric Idle...!!! Bona. I bé! Una abraçada Arnau.

  • fantàstic arnau! vaya amb el "sinatra"!una abraçada.

  • Hello Arnau

    Thanks for your sincerity.

    Happy new year.

  • Happy new year Arnau - and what a great idea, the soliloquy to music. Beautifully done.

  • Carai, Arnau! tan aviat t'atreveixes amb clàssics grecs cmo amb moderns!! I amb quina ironia els abordes!!

    Bravíssimo, maestro!!!

  • Grande Arnau... yo escuche tus cuentos en "dejame q te cuente" en Lima... q maravilla... felicitaciones!! :)

  • Y tu voz suena a voz de cantante de verdad..! Bien, Arnau. Eres un cantautor del siglo XXI. Me gusta. ¿Para cuando el disco?

  • Je, je, me gusta esta versión. Felicidades!!
