Why can't you say that? Just because it would be Obama's signature on the bill, doesn't make it any different. If Obama is really going to fulfill his campaign promises and bring change w/trickle up economics, this stimulus bill is not that. The stimulus bill relies on the idea of trickle down economics. Tax the American people and then give it to businesses and governments to create jobs (trickle down). This goes against Obama's very promises. Obama=Bush III
