The main issue was his mic sucked, he got a industrial mic for recording.

The voice acting really let this down. The "Sargent Teddi" sounded dull and insincere about everything he said.

Private Max was slightly better in that respect but the fake French accent let him down.

Character actions were a bit slow and the actors seemed to take an age before finally replying to one another.

Dude, it's not that it's stereotypical, it's that I've heard french people. The french was extremely quite, so I think if you say "frenchman" might as well please everyone except yourself and make the accent heavier.

I'm just failing at getting a London-ish accent (well, I'm supposed to have a heavy French accent in it, so that's the best way to sound ridiculous AND be understandable at the same time)

This fails. Neither are english, or french. The Frenchman sounds like a computer program, the smg didn't show up at times, it seemed too drawn out, and the Combine sat there shooting for no apparent reason. All in all, 1/10
