well from wat i know about bioshock is that the letters are the big sister and big daddy lanuage cause they never speak english or wat ever and they always have this mystery behind them like.... how is a little sister bonded with a big daddy and how the big sister is made and many others so all us gamers need to do is find out wat do all the letters mean and then ones with the puzzle box translate hell i'll even do it all I need is the box and I will translate it don't matter to me

i've never played bioshock before, but from what i've seen and the last picture you showed about the big sister harvesting from an unknown person-i dare say its supposed to be a mother. It struck me as female, but i might be wrong, although it would make sense; Big Daddy, Big Sister, Little Sister. The mother is missing from the list, so maybe thats what the person is (plus it looks like a dress) I'm speculating of course. The blue stuff could be the energy that they harvest (i forget the name)

I believe that the blue you are refering to at around 3:40 in the background is actually a whale or some other sea creature and you can also see somewhat of a dome remanant surrounding them. Anyway, thats my hypothesis.

In bioshock 1 in arcadia when your looking for the ingredients for the lazarus vector - theres all these types of markings on the walls where the houdini splicers are.

Maybe its connected?

they look similar but i think that in bioshock 2 you will be in a playable flashback where you are a big daddy learning the language of the little sisters. maybe the houdini splicers were scientists working on the little sister project.

meltzer is probably being saved for Bioshock 3 in Bioshock 2 you play as the prototyper big daddy so I'm thinking this website is 2 things. 1 a promotion for Bioshock 2 and a way to introduce a new character so in Bioshock 3 Meltzer goes down to find his daughter. This is just my opinion I'm not sure if it's true or not.

What if the blue is her soul/spirit (A kid drew it, so I don' t know if it's likely or unlikely for someone who lived in rapture), and the person being killed/extracted from is the German woman who you talk to in the gameplay movies. The one who deeply cares about the little sisters? Yea, the big sister wants her dead, is my assumption. And the big sister made the little sister that drew that want that too.
