Hi I want to try this but I don't have an oven. I don't know my other options and I don't know if I can do it on a microwave oven or just boil it to the water and then mix all of the ingredients. Please help me! I also wanted to know how to make a creamy garlic cheese potatoes. Thanks and more power!

I made this today as part of my dinner with sauteed veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, peppers & onions). I really liked it & it was super easy & I don't know how to cook. I combined it with 2 other recipes. First I boiled the cubed potatoes for a few mins, then i mixed rosemary, oregano, s/p, mayo & bread crumbs together & baked it. It smells really good! I'm going to try some of your other recipes.

if i dont have fresh rosemarry, can i use the 1 we get in a bottle, the crushed ones?

and is there any substitute for green onions? i mean, are there other vegetables, i can add?

Yes you can use dry crushed rosemary. And for a substitute for green onions, can be chives, shallots, dry onions. But if you dont like any of those, you steamed peas and add when the potatoes are done and mix. Let me know if you give it a try. Thank you for the message.

My mother taught me a recipe very simular to this; only she makes a pouch from the foil and steams the potatos in that. This way she saves on dishes to wash later, lol.
