i'm glad more people are finding out about a great songwriter because of a tv show, but i've never been so happy that i don't watch much tv these days, because it means i got to discover this song on its own and attach my own meaning to it without having a cliched overwrought montage scene on a cornball tv show stuff it down my throat. it means a lot more this way. but again, it's great more people are hearing about her.

@bonepaper Ok tv, film, malls, elevators all use music to try and evoke a certain feeling in the listener, but does it matter where you discover something as long as you enjoy it. You shouldn't assume that because someone heard a song over a visual montage they were absorbed in the cliche or force fed meaning, that's a matter of how their mind works and taste in tv right. The self discovery you had was to click on someone's video, we can attach emotion at anytime too you know.
