The United States waged proxy wars in the 1970s and 1980s. They were waged in South America, Central America, and the Middle East. We waged a war against Iran. We funded & created Sadaam Hussein in Iraq to fight Iraq. We funded & created the Mujahideen in Afghanistan, later becoming the Taliban, to fight the Soviet Union. Former Pres. Reagan even proclaimed 3/21/83 Afghanistan Day. We're now cleaning up the messes that we created. Pres. Obama should be ashamed. Obama Doctrine = Bush Doctrine.

We were there to fight Bin Laden & his cronies,the US was sloppy in 2001 & he escaped into Pakistan.

Now we are using NATO to fight the indiginous population so that girls can go to school,that is not the mandate Obama,using NATO for nation buliding WTF, & it takes decades to do that & 100,000 of troops.

The terrorists are in Pakistan,but the Pakistan Government won't let us fight inside their country,so this charade continues.

@ogapadoga That's a medley of the all of the armed services songs, Army, Marines, Navy, and Air Force. I'm not sure if the Coast Guard's was there also since they didn't show the whole thing
