My wife would love to have a ride on one of these. Is there room for someone to have a ride?Is it hot & noisy working these during summer. She wondering what to wear if she has a ride.
Back in the early 1970s I ran a 22B for a scrap yard it was the first crane I learned on, Moved on to other things but good to see the controls again. Phil
Finally get to see you on one of these....imagine the days of steam power or the converted to internal combustion era. Fast forward to pilot operated hydraulics with seeminlg endless fluid power coupled to computer wizardry. WOW, where does it go from here. Let's not forget Fred cranking the hand winch on the bronto crane for good ole' Mr. Slate, either
We had a old BE 22B at our Concrete Plant that was used for many years to load the overhead bins, my uncle ran it then we got a newer Lima 44 with air controls that i could even run, and in 1987 my dad got a brand new MTM plant that was loaded with a convery belt and we sold the company in 2001 best move my dad ever made got oout while the getting was good. but the BE 22B we sold to a excavator she had the clam boom and a cable backhoe the new owner put the backhoe on use it at a sand pit
Now thats COOL!
