Ah. Brings back old memories. But there were 2 things I never understood: a) The slight rise of liquid at the sides, would not the amount add up to, say, 1ml (or more) in a very large cylinder? (Thus throwing off your measurements....) b) When you pour the liquid out of a cylinder, there is always a small amount that remains behind. How to you measure/account/compensate for that? I guess at my age, it matters not, but I always wondered and never asked....
