You can change the magnification used to read the text using the various options in View. You cannot alter the actual text of an Adobe file with the Reader. In fact, that's the whole point of a pdf file -- all readers see the image as originally created by the author -- with whatever awful fonts and font sizes he or she chose. However, if the file has tiny pages as well as tiny text, your printer may allow you to enlarge it as it is printed.
