because the storm was so hard that people got trap in the middle of the road in the snow storm, so the police came to help them and their car got trap...

I'm a cop who worked that night of the snowstorm in Quebec city. Basically, what happened was that the cops were protecting cars that were stuck in front of them and were waiting for the towing; that never came! So they got eventually stuck aswell! Cool video.

Les précipitations créent un écran qui empêche les ondes doppler ou le laser de revenir suffisamment à l'antenne radar et de donner une bonne lecture.

They were not driving too fast. They just stopped to help someone. The snowstorm was strong. Too much snow and wind in a short time period. Their cars were caught under the snow. In my other video, you see city busses caught in the snow.
@CollegeEducated123 i agree police do always drive to fast my dad was driving down the Free way at 80-85 MPH and the police flew by him with no sirens or anything
