amulet of glory is better than amulet of strength, glory gives more stats, i think it also gives more strength than amulet of strength... also, it give prayer so u can last longer without having to pray at the alter.... so glory instead of amulet of strength is the way to go!

if u bring ring of life while dharoking, thats horrible. the goal of dharok is to be under 10% of ur hp, and ring of dueling teleports you out if your under 10% of ur hp. dharok + ring of life do not mix

ok for one pple who are saying "i dont want 4 gorrials to hit 10 each on me. ok what u do is u take expolding pots from digsite and get to like 10 hp then turn protec melee on and swing away

actually ankous are another great way to get xp, and its good cash and you manage to get some charms, i might even make another str guide on it. but remember, i did call this video "best place to train strength for HIGH LEVELS" :)

Actually ring of life is best for anyone high or low level because if you are doing dh generally you want your hp lower so you know have it on just in case.

i wanna do this, im goin for 99 str and im currently 380k till 92,im 76 atk also and im worried part of lowering ur health if u got like 4 gorrilas on u and ur at like 40 its not tht rare for all of em at the same time to hit 10s each,thts not main point but wats my xp per hour cuz im currently doing daggs and i get 55-65k xp hour thx.

i havent made a greegree forever, but from what i remember, you need to get a monkey talisman from the baby monkey or you can buy one at the general store for 1k at ape atoll. Then you need to go kill any kinda of a monkey, like guard or archer monkey, and take there bones. After that i think you must go to the most southern dungeon on ape atoll and travel through the doungen until you find the gnome that can make you the greegree.

if you train for a good 2 hours a day, u'll probably manage to get 180k xp an hour more or less, so if you work hard enough, u'll be able to achieve 90 str in about 1½ to 2 weeks.
