No, it doesn't hurt. You can let them off in your hands and it won't hurt you. Eye protection is a must however.

thats two videos I watch with the same guys.  Both of them the grenade goes off way too fast. You can't get it to where you want before it goes off. And the other good ones go off after 10 sec. Way too long.

That's funny, because if you watch the video closely, you'll see the grenade working just fine. Maybe you're experiencing user error?

i get em for 5 bucks.... there origionaly 10 but i know the store guy. K the first time i bought one it worked fine... pulled the pin threw it 2 sec after it hit the ground BOOM (not alot of paint thoe) 2nd time pulled the pin.... threw it..
