Hell, I was there in 1988 when PB was a sleepy fishing village with maybe 40 bars grand total. Everything was cheap, no crowds, beach was empty and it was great. Now it look like fuggin Las Vegas, Fuck that.

i was there in 1978.i wore flares and looked like someone from greece the movie.only had 1 hotel and it was full i had to take my flares and fly.now it looks like i might get a room.

thailand became like that! i have a friend goes there already 10 years and he told me the same. everything is expensive now and the royal treatment u used to get is not anymore!!
