The most recent Harry Potter film is awesome! My friend and I just now stumbled across it released online. We came across it on watch harry potter. us (w/out the spaces)
This is a film, and as it is, its already pretty long. Adding all those extra scenes showing their injuries would have made a 2 and a half hour long film into a 3 maybe 3 and a half hour long one. Compromises need to be made in film-making.
In the book the DA actually do alot of speels and actually do really well against the Death Eaters. In the movie they just sit around while the Order does the work.
harry wasnt "too young" to use the killing curse and he knew how to use it. he is just to good of a person. after this scene, bellatrix tells harry to kill her, and he wants to for revenge, but cant. bellatrix finds this as a weakness and mocks him for it.
He actually tried to use the Cruciatus Curse and the only reason it didn't work is because Harry didn't have genuine malevolence behind it. Besides, age isn't as much a factor as is raw power when it comes to using the killing curse.

In the book they get seriously injured!!! and the order of the phoenix gets it's ass kicked!!! Dumbledore was the one who saved'em
