this helpd aloty thanks o by the way is it better to speed vault over an obstical or jump straight over it ?? and does coil make a dofference to your jump speed?

It depends, I like to speed vault to gain more speed, but I don't think it helps maintain top speed, if that makes any sense. And coiling can affect your speed upon landing, but so far it's been kind of a luck of the draw thing. Sometimes it slows me down, sometimes it doesn't.

When in the air, press RB, the button that makes you spin around instantly. Most people say it cuts a bit of your time down. Like a few hundredths of a second.
