What camera did you use? And are cameras allowed to be recording during takeoff and landing?

how did you get the atc recording on this flight were you listening to it as the flight went on

I've flown the 200 and 900. It depends on which CRJ you're flying. The 200 has trailing-link main gear, which makes it very forgiving on landings. The 700 and 900 have a straight strut, which makes it harder to land smoothly, at least compared to the 200. The 900 is a rough airplane all around (terrible in turbulence, and a very hard-landing airplane).

my friend just came back from Austin!!

I was on a Delta CR9 the other day and our landing was a little rough....but that was because O'Hare ATC had us in a very awkward holding pattern and it looked like the captain had some trouble getting lined up on final.

Still a great flight though
