Everyone Mx is deceiving us all with this this Easter egg thing, you can see when he opens the price checker there is a time delay when it appears in the Price check box, only seen on most rs private servers. He most likely edited the screen from the RSPS and put it on the real Runescape and did it JUST TO GET LIKES AND SUBS. CLS Product or Pjerry did this also when he said in his vid that he would host a drop party and showed his phats stack which were also edited from RSPS.
