I sold my 72 day camper about ten years ago for 1200 dollars. Started to think about getting a bus for camping again, but at today's prices, I just can't afford it! VW buses used to be a hippies dream. Now you need way too much money.

Ain't that the truth--I had a '62 barndoor splitty I traded off back in 1975 or so...oh...if I had that bus now. Like old records that are probably collector's items now, I wish I took better care of the bus when I had it.
Sheesh--you can't even buy an aircooled car or ? these days.

I've never seen the fold-down side config at 0'26 & 0'35. I wonder if that's stock or a mod.
The Kombi at 0'43 reminds me of the '69 camper that was my first Bus. (It looks like they even added a lock to the fuel filler door as i did. Made me do a double-take; then i noticed that it's not a full camper.) 1'58 REALLY looks like it (but in better shape).
