Wow!!! I have tried several times to make this at home with disastrous results... I tried again today and had no expectations, I loved your video and your kids and decided to give it another try... And it worked!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did it!!! I ate the whole bowl by myself!!! I love the method -- shake and heat -- I happened to have a thin deep pot with a lid (aluminum pasta pot)... thank you so much... I will save money too thanks to this video!

I'm inhaling this stuff, I made a bowl about the same size you did, and so far it's lasted me ten minutes or so, but I've easily eaten 2/3 of it. It's probably just as well that I used the last of my popping corn on this, because otherwise I could see myself making another batch right now and then, you know, cursing myself later for eating so much!

And don;t worry, I live alone, so I'm not selfishly depriving anyone else of their share of it! ^_^

Joanne......yours was the 3rd "how to" video on kettle corn i checked out on youtube and i have to say you nailed it. i followed your steps and halved it for my smaller pot and before i knew it i was whisked back to the county fair and there where games where you could win huge stuffed animals and a gigantic ferris wheel and you and me are sitting at the top enjoyn some kettlecorn.thanks again ps your kids are awesome and made the video a lot of fun to listen to. 8)

I really have to thank you for this tutorial.

I found it back in the fall, and have been using it ever since. My family loves it when I make it, and it's pretty much the best kettle corn out there.
