If this guy was doing his job from January to September 2001, this tragic event would've never happened. People say Obama takes too much Vacation time, Bush was on vacation fro June to September of his first year, and took plenty more afterward. His total vacation time in office added up to 4 years.

@mr19932001 I know he was in the Air National Guard; but his flying days were over long before he took office. What is the relevance of his vacation? Was it that Bin Laden was able to recruit and train suicide bombers for the better part of a decade without being bothered? Couldn't be that, Clinton was in office then. Bottom line.. Muslims hate Christians. Only about 1,500 years of history to document that fact. Didn't matter if it were Bush or Obama...Terrorists are terrorists.

Al Queda wasnt the one running drills simulating hijacked plane attacks on the WTC and Pentagon on 911...that was the US government that did that. The exact same thing happened with the 7-7 London bombings, MI6 was running terror drills of metro and bus bombings, at the exact same station and bus that the real attacks took place, coincidence? Bush says how the full resources of the government will be used to help the victims, yet they stalled for 2 years to get a simple investigation started.

The crowd who wrote this came into power with the Bush Administration in January 2001, by September..look what happened..what Bush called at the time, "our pearl harbour". 911 was at the least allowed to happen, they had intelligence the world over warning of an impending attack, they did nothing. And as former Marine Corps Intel Officer David Steele has stated, they even set up war games hijacking drills with NORAD and NORTHCOM to confuse them so they couldnt respond effectively, and it worked.

Yea funny how he doesnt talk about the PNAC document written by his boys Cheney and Wolfowitz in September 2000 called "rebuilding americas defenses" where they outline a plan for "multiple theatre wars" in the Mid East, and a "transformation" towards more "American global leadership", and that "this process of transformation would likely be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event, like a new Pearl Harbour" thats on page 53 on that document, you can go read it on their website.

What is a coward? There are ofcourse many types, but it does matter who asks the question.

To push forward a desire of change through war and killing rather than retorics, diplomacy, and discussion, etc can be seen as cowardly. Maybe an easy way out though for the opposition it may be seen as the only way out.

Marxist-leninists beliving that the only way to change society is through armed revolution rather than common politics, may be seen as a cowards way out, but for some the only way out.

As a person of western ideas of human value i believe that if the only way you can change something is by resolving to killing innocent people, than there is something fundamentally wrong in your idea of a change to the "better". The change is built upon logic that should not enter a modern soceity.
