@nexusone1984 American's may demand the best healthcare, but some of the machine's that your medical profession uses to give you the best health care, such as MRI's CAT scan's, X-rays, etc where developed in the UK and Australia... Alot of the heart surgery techniques learnt and used to this day come from a famous cardiac surgeon from australia.
We do have some of the best health care in the world over here too. and we don't mind paying a little higher taxes to do it.

You need to check your facts, an Three American's along with Swiss and British scientist and some others worked on the idea of the MRI, but it was Americans that created the first machines. Siemens it one of the large makers of these machines, and they do plants all over the world. There are a dozen MRI and Cat scan manufacture's, I am sure some have plant's in your country.

Honestly, this isn't a CD I would buy.
That said, as a resident of the United States who travels internationally, I was repeatedly embarrassed by the fact that the people of my country were duped into electing that mutant, inbred, semi-literate war monger twice.
I would recommend this CD to friends who are into this kind of stuff.
