Wind energy with Hydrogen production

turning solar and wind power into hydrogen is the answer so why the hell arent we doing it?

Good aerodynamics. Probably a little more surface area than needed for efficient wind power but justified if those surfaces collect solar power. Overall output should exceed that of similar swept area propeller turbine if kept aligned to the wind. Hydrogen production must be the suggested method of storing the output energy. Elevating would be helpful.

Ok Germans are generaly good designers, I think you should stick to animations as your specialty because it was good. But its more like a sceince fiction animation. I mean whats the deal with funneling the air, can we assume that the air will only blow in that direction? Because the air you are gaining in the intake you are losing in side panel, it seems you are blocking more air with the sides than gaining with the intake design.

Wouldn't it be mor cost effective to build a Cylindrical tower of solar panels around the mast of a conventional wind tower ? I mean, barring dual fusion proton anti proton to helium anti helium anhialation reactors anyway. <.<

several problems

1/ lack of height means low wind speed & high turbulence

2/ drag based, vertical turbines are much less efficient than horizontal aerofoil lift blade types

4/ the solar panels are at THE worst possible angle for sunlight capture, interior of the turbine is shaded. the pholtovoltaics will take many times their operating lifes to make back the energy requirements of manufacturing. ....& pollution associated with solar panel production (toxic heavy metals)

So as a generator to produce enough energy to split hydrogen from water? Wind has contaminates that would cause constant maintenance, more if it is enclosed in a container. It seems that the wind goes into the generator, everything looks coppered?

Well then put a video that exp;ains the process that your showing, and let us judge wether it will work. buy looking at what you've shown it the same things on the market right now. only they would be cheaper to impliment.

This is brilliant!! The whole thing is covered in solar panels for maximum energy capture.

The wind turbines are like sails for capturing maximum wind movement. It is portable so you can get energy anywhere like in disaster areas. You can use it offshore for turning seawater into hydrogen. This is amazing. How much is one unit?
