Niger delta could best be described as a sea yet people lack a cup of water to drink.I think the solution to Niger Delta is to contract the region to UK or USA for their development. What about the amount looted by the governors from the region since 1999? If only they had spent half of it on developmental projects then we can justly criticise the FG.
