  • @drax6019737 hi just wondering is it possible to have different keys different colours like the tour

  • @charliepoppy123 what some people do is colour the lights under the keypad with different coloured DRY ERASABLE marker. You could try that. Make sure its erasable marker so you can wipe it off when you dont like the colour anymore

  • @drax60169737 I'm getting a BlackBerry curve 3G (9300...), will this tutorial work on that one to? I love the red on black one so I really want to know that. Thanks for awsering! ^-^

  • @Nimdalo i think you have to open the blackberry up a different way but you should still be able to put plastic under the keypad to get the coloured effect

  • @drax60169737 Sorry for late reaction but... I GOT IT! I also made it red! soooo happy, thank you really much bud!!

  • @Nimdalo Glad to have helped :)

  • would this work for the blackberry bold 9650?

  • I want to do my keypad light so what do I type in on ebay for my phone. blackberry curve8530. i just got this phone on 9-26-2011. and i like your video do you have any more like this. oh and when i do all what you did to your phone will my trach pad come out

  • @Shardizzle24 you don't need to buy anything off ebay. The coloured piece of plastic can be anything, example; a red plastic bag that I cut into the shape of my keypad. And when you disassemble your curve trackpad and trackball are same idea just cut a hole in the plastic for it and put everything back together with the plastic underneath the keypad.

  • is that the 8900 in a white housing?

  • @evolutionj yes it is, you can find the parts all over ebay. But if your looking for a white keyboard dont cheap out, I bought about 5 white keyboards till I found one that worked like the original one. Cost about $8 for the keypad alone. The rest of the parts will be $15 all together.

  • awsome thanks thumbs up

av got a strip of blue a strip of green then a strip of blue a strip of green LOL

  • thanx for this tutorial :) iv now modified my 8900 to have half green and half blue keys, this video showed me how :D thanx again

  • Can I use packaging brown tape if possible ? @drax60169737

  • @Triple80600 you could but if its sticky tape dont do it or you'll mess the keyboard up
