You guys are really good trainers! I'm a volunteer at my city zoo in South Carolina and get to see the keepers training our lions and tigers, and they are very very stubborn and difficult, but you guys do very well! How often do you train?
@Sik15 Each individual may participate in 2-5 formal training sessions per week. Some training sessions are more challenging than others—we may focus on a new behavior and sprinkle in a few known behaviors, or we may simply work on recall training from the exhibit, getting onto a scale, or even spend a session reinforcing perfected behaviors.
Muito bom e muito útil. Isso é para todos aqueles que acham que o contato científico do treinamento de animais é só para utilizá-los e não os beneficia.
I loved watching this! Training seems to be an enjoyable experience for the animals & the humans. I'm so glad the animals are trained to participate in behaviors that will make it easier & safer (for them & their keepers!) to ensure their good health! Thanks for giving us a behind the scenes look.
Any animal can be trained and can learn to work with humans.
Those are such beautiful cats though, had to watch the video just to see them.

Great video, very fascinating! I recognize that song too -- it's "Tool Omri" by Nawal El Zoghbi!
