@PhoenixUKhardcore you can't sit down with a copy of logic or reason and, days, weeks or months later, claimed to have created a full orchestral symphony. the real talent behind the vast majority of this performance is presumably Joe Duddell - who is as much a composer as he is a conductor - and, of course, the instrumentalists. nero have heavily overplayed their part in a performance where they were largely outshone by the real musicians

This is an amazing peice of music and a fantastic marriage of two different genres. It was nice to hear real instruments rather then the same old computerised crap. But when i looked at the title and saw "Nero's Dubstep Symphony" i expected decent dubstep, not a bunch of "oh oh we are gonna dangle you with ittttt...and only ONCE does actual dubstep EVER hit." this song lacked substance, and was mainly smoke and mirrors. i feel the song was more repetitive building with false drops, then, the RARE drop and go into dubstep, most of the time it was all about making big sounds and the notes tend to repeat for a lot of them. As is, the use of the full orchestra really wasn't needed. Does not compare to Equinox or Reptile in terms of the dubstep I know. as heavy would say "Whut sick mahn sends BABEHS to fight me?" In my opinion it sounds too similar to an epic song created for a movie like Lord of the Rings/Matrix/Inception... I know that there are limitations because it is an orchestra that is producing the music, but I think that it was missing the dubstep/electronica part... great song but it could have done a better job of combining the two genres.
