Also great for stoking up the second chakra. You can reap massive rewards in your sexual prowess- guys can clear up impotence by getting into this. I combine it with "The cobra" exercise. Very good exercise

this is good for sinus congestion for kapha people. breath of fire breathing exercise in general aids in the metabolizing of fat. It should be performed for one full minute followed by one minute of rest and then another minute of breathing exercise for a total of five minutes. this exercise is the equivalent of running two miles. Great for obese people

wow, thanks for posting this! I've been suffering with a painful head cold. So far the only thing that was providing any relief was a tincture of ginger, garlic and lemon....but this allowed me to get some very productive coughs and clear my nose and throat enough to get a nice nap in! Thank you.

Yes, usually recommended before the actual yoga postures. Try 3 minutes to start and quit if you feel pain or dizziness/discomfort.
