just ran the benchmark test and the game is running at 3.9 FPS. what is up with that?

you just have to get your settings right. Maybe something like 1280x800 resolution, medium settings and v-sync off... have you updated / patched the game to the latest version?

so, because you are talking about crossover, I guess you are using the unofficial mac version? Don't even bother, even if you would have Mac Pro, it would be laggy because it's unofficial game port which don't really work properly

naturally, you should use bootcamp, install Windows 7 and use the official Windows version of the game instead, if you want decent fps and graphics settings...

@AARGENS13 obviously it runs better than with the older one (with geforce 9400m). both cards use shared memory but the new one with geforce 320M is still much better.

How well will this game run if i upgrade to 4GB of ram? (I'm just assuming it will run pitiful with 2GB)

Not quite true as the newer mac mini's have up to 2.53ghz and all have the 9400m. Of course you could be right if his is before march 09

@iLuuri Hmmm, I don't get your answer... The Mac Mini has the same Graphic card. You can buy it with a 2.53 Core2Duo and supports 8Gb RAM...

IF it runs in a 2.4 Macbook pro...

It will run almost like in this video... The mac mini has a 9400M too. I play GTA IV with the mac mini and if you install the latest patches and lower down some things, it runs silky smooth :D

But anyway, if you put all the settings to low you will get quite good framerates so the game is very playable with macbook unibody

Were you lagging a little bit because u were recording? I have Dell Studio Xps 13 with a 9400m G and thats awesome that this game works

I have same laptop, the game will run better than on mac coz mac uses ddr2 memory and our xps 13 uses ddr3 makes 9400mg 33% better in performance, this is a fact based on tests, plus my 9400mg is overclocked a lil anyway :)

@AlexSochi8 sorry your speaking trash lol. Apple's current Mac line up is DDR3 based and has been for over a year it runs a 1066Mhz, most PC's are still using DDR2 running at 667Mhz

in my opinion xp is better for this game. xp shows more memory for integrated graphics card and there is also better display drivers for it.
