Even though this scene had me bawling, I couldn't help but notice how amazing the animation was after Menma realizes that she was still there. It flows so nicely and is so natural looking. Ugh this anime is just so beautiful, I have to get it when it comes out on DVD here.

I wish they showed the epilogue... like all the members of the Super Peace Busters grown up and show how they moved on, but if they did that less people would lose the imagination to think of their own ending for this amazing anime D= Its like Angel Beats.......

@pas84av2 yes, i just watched clanned, and comparing this to clanned...hmm...

clanned is obviously a winner due to it having 2 season with about 22ep each season, while this has only 11ep....

clanned had it so you have a sad part here and there, and by the end of season 1 of clanned, i was like "pfft, srly? thats suppose to be sad?" (the only part i was in tears was the fuko story)

then in clanned after story, near episodes 17+ i was like "HOLY CRAP!" and it was very emotional then xD

Only reason I liked this series was because of Menma and her cute personality :3 Other than that, I wasn't impressed. Perhaps if it was more than 11 episodes, it may have stood a chance to develop and actually become decent.

Love this scene! the ED always comes in at different timings and at different places in the song, I think this scene/episode was probably the best use of the ED. The buildup was just awesome.
