I'm fiercely proud to be and even split of Irish and scottish. Both parents are half. However, I must sadly admit that this is very touristy. While I still have an appreciation for music such as this, it really is not the music I grew up hearing my grandad sing and hum reminiscing about his younger days working for his father as a clockmaker. Or the tunes my dad's dad used to play for me. Sad really how comercialised our very culture is becoming.
