No, they still rotated them as always, this was the final update they made to this sequence. The Jack title was the only one updated as they added Eileen Davidson, David Tom, Ashley Bashioum, and reinstated Jerry Douglas and Kate Linder.
who was playing Ashley at the time? was that Eileen Davidson already back after Shari Strutuck? it was hard to tell on the video -- but thanks for posting it.
I miss the old Mac. The new Mac has no personality,.shes boring. shows no emotion or such.

No, it was just this one because by December, they changed the entire opening to red curtain opening that was used until 2003.

I miss this opening too. At least they brought back the original theme tune. When they changed the opening in 2003
The only good thing about the current opening is it is an updated version of the pencil drawing in the mid 80's.
ie black and white shots of the cast instead of an artist drawing and the familar interlocking Y and R

That's probably because when this last update debuted, it wasn't used long as the show had redesigned the opening 3 months later.
