    Dead to the monarchy !

  • I was just there and Ville de Quebec is the best place on earth.

  • Belles images et montage.

  • I live in BC but I really think Canada needs to push the french language more!

    Its just stupid...

  • Look like a beautiful trip in are national capital.

  • Start by removing the queen face from ur f-ing money lol

French canadian don't care about monarchy at all.. ^^

  • hey! Is that the Vieux Québec?!

    by the way

  • I'm not sure what kind of Quebec French lesson this is, seeing as how there's no speaking, and the song is English.

  • @PissSniffer Lol. True that. Vrai.

  • where i live, not which is mine my bad* i had 3 hours of sleep for school

  • ah it hurts me so bad... before posting comments make sure that they're not stupid...

and wtf if this guy likes in city, which is mine, you shouldn't post comment making you look better than every1m u jsut look pathetic doing it

  • well its normal... its kind of patriotic... if you dont like where you like its not our problem

  • Juste de même, qu'es ce que tu veux dire "you should be mad about your english".

  • Do you think teenagers acknoledge French in Toronto, Calgary, Saskatoon....I don't think so...does that make me mad...no!

  • they do in Toronto, from what I experienced.

  • doran toi tu tien a ta langue ostie dortho

  • doran i think you should learn a bit about the history of Quebecer before make opinion. Two different culture in one country

Also, to help you remain as the 'best english speaker' in your class:

'I am one of the best english speakers in my class. It would be alot easier...'

    :)

  • I am an anglophone from BC and I think that Quebecers should speak the language that they feel best represents their heritage and not what the majority of Canadians speak (nor just beause it is 'easier'). Canada was 'created' in the presence of both cultures and I think that this unique heratige is important for ALL Canadians to acknowledge. This means that anglophones acknowledge the French heritage and visa-versa.

  • why should they care about learning english if french is a part of their heritage? a lot of english speakers don't bother learning any other languages!

  • I'm from Quebec and I don't hate french at all. In fact, my oldest friend is from France and all her family as the frenchaccent and I love it. I really want to go to France.

  • I like Qubec, and really would like to visit your country, or province. But why does so many quebecois hate France, and why compare to France? France is a wonderful country, and you should cooperate since you partly share the same culture.

And wouldn't it be nice with a song in canadian french?

    Again great pictures!=)

  • we dont hate france

  • Good!=) I just thought about the information of the video " YOU WOULD LOVE TO VISIT QUEBEC MUCH MORE THAN FRANCE !!! ".

  • Picture are from old Québec city (0:00 to 9:00). I'm from this city, and I have to say that the guy only thake picture of old french architecture or british specific buldings and traditions. He is a tourism, and he take tourism pictures. Québec has other fun thing to watch and to proove. M. Labaume, the mayor, whant to improve new kind of bilding form, like ecologic, all-wood and Euro-Contemporary architecture.

Architecture moderne, ville francophone... Match parfait quoi!

  • check sur Google Map/ Street View

tu vas pouvoir visiter notre belle ville ;-)

    lol

  • Canada = Quebecker Jail

  • why does quebec want to separate from canada? i'm from Venezuela and my gf is from Canada, i didn't understand why they wanted to separate. Can anyone explain? thank you =)

  • I lived in Montreal for several years. Saying that Quebec wants to separate from Canada is pretty drastic... there are people who feel that Quebec would be better off on its own but we have to be realistic. There are many cultural differences: they speak french, they do not view the queen of England the same way the rest of Canadians do and they have a different history (even if they are part of the same country) they can relate more to France (an ocean away) than to the rest of its citizens...

  • Well, Quebec ppl say that Canada steal money from them and that it doesnt really pay attention to them since theyre french. Quebec wants to have its own gorvernment :o

  • well its a minority that say that.

  • Well, Kind of a big minority... I'd say that 25%-40% of youth wants Quebec to be a country. : /

  • We have our own governement, but we want to be separeted from canada.

  • I know that, but I dont quite catch why :/

  • Some of us want to be separated from Canada.

    (Around the half)

  • And some swedes also want that =) Sin'ce i think that the english Canada hasn't been fair to Quebec

  • that's fucking stupid,I linve in QC and I dont want to be seperate from the rest of Canada...so fucking stupid, useless, waste of money....

  • Well It seems to me that its just a product of the increased segregation between the two languages. In most major cities in Quebec, it seems almost mandatory to learn to speak english, but the rest of the country couldn't care less about learning french. Canada has two official languages, but french takes the back seat. It really isn't fair. If the entire country spoke both languages, it wouldn't be a problem, or perhaps not as big a one.

  • Most Quebecors speak english but not so much Canadians speak french. They just don't give a fuck about it.

    And I'm a Quebecor.

  • koi!!!! a part a motreal ya po gran anglais

  • Pourtant t'as compris ce que j'ai écris...

  • because some of us like to waste money and time on some futile political issue

separatist is complete bullshit and will never appen

  • Quebec FTW!!!

  • La chanson est nulle.

  • J'adore Québec, mais

i would variment aime to go to

    france <3 <3 for sure!

  • criss choisi ta langue XD

  • More complex, are you sure? Because history of France has always been a huge mess and amazingly rich in events throughout any period.

I DO NOT

    Suave como el Ave.

  • Mon dieu! Two of your pictures are sideways!

  • It's too bad that most of the pictures were taken on a cloudy day, but yes, Quebec is better than France.

    --

  • It's cool there but in France there are many more things to see, each region is totally different and the climate has nothing to do whether if you're in the North, the South, East or West. France is much more rich culturally speaking. But I got to Québec and I liked it as well !

  • In the sense that there is much more consumable culture in France than in Quebec. Your statement is akin to saying that the state of New York is culturally richer than the state of Kansas. Sure, New York has more museums, art galleries, and Broadway shows--very good for tourism. A good barbecue, hunting and eating wild turkey, and enjoying a good spring sunset/storm can't be done in a weekend let alone in a week. Perhaps we'd better define what culture is before we say how much of it there is.

  • Hmm , but France was there far before Québec, and even then, I do believe that we have much more to our history than France, ours is much more complex ^^

  • Québec For Life !

  • I wanna learn french cuss words. I need to learn french cusses. Here in SK we don't have too many french people running around, and my grandma won't teach me any LOL

  • start with "Suce ma bitte grosse salope"

  • oui petite pute JE ME SOUVIENS de tes autres messages

  • I LOVE THIS SONG, and the pictures are super fricking awesome!! i love french, so canada is the closest place i could go for any of it. but i dont have a lick of french or canadian blood, but hey, i have the pride for some reason.

  • Quebec french is awesome, because everyone in Quebec cusses like a truck driver.... a girl in my class went to Quebec as a foregn-exchange thing [and in return we got a nice Quebec girl]. She says that in Quebec, everyone is non-stop cussing all the time, and even in schools, teachers and students cuss at eachother, and no one thinks anything of it. THAT IS AWESOME!! and in Montreal, every second store is a porn shop.

Quebecois aren't as uptight as us Anglos, except for the language laws LOL XD

  • Ya, one thing.... Speak to a Quebecois in English, and he'll totally ignore you even if he's fluent in English.... He expects you to speak to him in French. Quebecois referr to us Anglophones as "Morceaux anglais de merde", But I guess we dont like the french any more than they like us, so whatever.

  • Have you ever even been to quebec - or just watch the news?

  • Another thing; its not by ignoring english that we become fluent in english...

  • huh ?? gheee... travel a little bit. I admit that In Quebec City, yeah they will ignore you.. but nowhwere else. Im not sure were you got that Morceau anglais de merde, I grew up in Quebec, and currently living in Ontario, never heard of that.

  • Morceaux anglais de merde dont make sense at all

morceaux means pieces, but we dont use it in french in the same way.

So you just used google translator, didnt you ?

  • Well not everyone let's say, but the normal people who lives outside Montréal do.

Quebecers in Montreal are either really rich or really poor, normally, except for the students.

Montréal is more the home of immigrants now, even english community is losing it's ground, because most of peopl who speak english in montréal are not even canadians.

    Shame...

  • Merci !!

  • Thanks !! I love Quebec too

  • cool video ! I live in Québec!!!
