They're not triplets. They're just alternated accented 16th notes. You can tell by the metronomic kick drum.

Dude best Thrice cover I've ever seen. I am a D.I.T myself (Drummer In Training) I'm savin up for a set I should have one by Christmas, but for now I play at another persons house :P.

I can only play a few songs though and don't have a video camera to record me playing.

Its basically just triplets RLRLRLR  Thats the sticking. On every 3rd hit, accent it, and you got yourself a triplet.
