@goodandy3787 Idiot. Player base havent grown up , still 2-3k people online , very little change in the numbers since the launch. Finding a ranked match is a pain . Nobody uses voice chat , NOBODY , dont want to even mention the teamwork . The only reason why would this be considered better then LoL would be that interface in general is much more noob-friendly , which is always a good thing.

@ZeroToleranceLT Sorry, I only play with friends on Mumble. Never used the in-game voice chat because it sucks in most games. I haven't had a problem finding a ranked match yet, but I don't do it too often. Because I play with friends, I haven't got to see how horrible teamwork is on there. The game is still only a year old. With the recent release of SOME progression, I think it will grow. Also, no need to call people names.

@FakeKraid obvious troll is obvious?. umm..Compare to DotA/HoN/LoL and say this doesn't have alot of depth.

You have 3 abilities + 1 ulti in all DotA games. whereby 25% is passive abilites, which means most likely you have 2 abilites + 1 ulti.

Now THATS what i call lack of depth.. I'd say blc has atleast the same amount of depth like all DotA games, if not more.

PS. I do play HoN alot - I'm not a dota hater in any respect.

@fiiliop The depth of DotA type games comes from other game elements like towers, creeps, neutrals, etc. The fact that your objective in DotA is to destroy the enemy base and not just kill the enemy adds depth that Champions simply does not have. And that without even mentioning gold, experience and items.

I have nothing against Champions, I rather like it. But saying it has the depth of DotA is just flat out wrong. You obviously don't understand much about game design.

@FakeKraid it does have the same amount of depth as a regular moba type game, it just comes from other aspects of the game, in dota alot of the depth comes from resource control both through farming and pushing but also controling the enemy economy by ganking, in BLC alot of the depths comes from comboing abilities, counting cooldown, animation canceling, evasion, punishing, alot of the depth in BLC comes from everything happening very fast but still in a way that you can always do something.

@fiiliop It's not ruined, just ruined for those of us who want a pure, bullshit free game. :) Any game which introduces a system such as traits or rune books automatically messes with a serious player's ability to correctly plan ahead. You don't know if your opponent is faster than he should be, has more HP, deals more damage, etc. etc. Even if the tweaks are very small, they're still there and they DO affect gameplay. No matter who small the effect is, it's too much and shouldn't be there.

@fiiliop I didn't say it's ruined. The game is different from what I played before. I used to think "my skill = my victory", now it's "my skill + 0,5% damage = my victory". Is it clear enough? If I want damage multipliers, I play LoL. In BLC I've always wanted pure skill-based gameplay without any crits, runes, masteries and such bullshit. Now it doesn't give me such feeling. Simple as that.
