Buchurest was originally a city state, which was conquered by the Babylonian Empire. The city of Babylon, which was their original capital, was conquered by China in the previous episode. Once a civilization's capital is conquered, their next best city becomes their new capital. I recommend that you go back and view my previous episodes to get a better understanding.
nice video! Just wonderring, how do you create such a large army, but still have a lot of gold production? Is it because you have such a large empire?
Markets, banks and stock exchanges in every city... and fill them with specialists as soon as possible. Also, a good trick is to always offer the civ you are about to attack lots of resources in exchange for as much of their gold reserves as you can get. Once you attack them, all deals are off, but you keep all their gold. It's kind of a dirty tactic but very effective.
@FineasT33 That comment on putting specialists in every city have answered my long questioned question, thank you a lot. I really never realized that that contributed to gold production, THANKS!
