I lucked out and purchased all 7 episodes on VHS when a local video store went out of business! I remember that even the video cassette itself is weird as it's solid red, not black! Nothing ever was as great as the pilot, but it was all quite funny and turned really bizarre towards the end of the run! Shame it's not on DVD, but at least I can still watch it on VHS!

NOTHING I've seen on TV before or since seeing this first episode of ON THE AIR has made me laugh as hard as I did when I first saw it back in '92, and now, almost 20 years later, I'm wiping away tears of laughter again...every bit as funny now, as then. Thanks so much for posting it!

I've been wanting to see this since I heard about it years ago, and I have not been disappointed. It is one of the funniest things I've seen since "Arrested Development." I think my favorite thing, though, has to be David Brinkley coming on over the credits at the end.

I Loved it!! I really Did...I fought and fought and fought weekly for control of the remote so I could see this...and man let me tell you being a 120 pound 6 ft 2 inch man with a 435 pound 5 foot ten inch wife is not easy! She had a mean left hook too! I had to buy her a whole Roast Turkey EVERY WEEK (Really....I am NOT joking!!) I'm glad its now on You Tube and that I am Divorced and out of traction!!
