@grabba73 How can a movie be better in poor quality? I get that some classics were released on VHS and your memories are with that VHS but when you can watch the exact same film in BluRay, why would you choose VHS? That's like choosing to turn down the graphics on your game even though your machine can handle it, or watching grainy analogue TV over digital TV, or choosing not to wear glasses if you are short sighted, it doesn't make sense!
I'm 17 years old and I not only cry during this movie... I sob my eyes out during this movie. Spielberg is a legend and this movie is one of the greats...
@magicman205 I remember seeing this at the theater during its 20th anniversary, I was crying like a baby at the end. This movie is pure sci-fi poetry!!!

@ahfaxthis its just from the old original VHS tape. Some of the best movies are better on VHS, My sis and I were like 10 when it came out.
