Man, this tutorial is GREAT! Everything looks so nice and smooth once it's all finished, and with some bone meal from a hostile mob trap, that basically means infinite food forever in no time.

I'm just wondering, on the third tier of the irrigation ditch, instead of extending the ditch like you did with the second tier after the first one, you made a new source of water. Is there a reason for that or does it make no difference?

For the water source just use a piston and turn it on then put water on top, the water doesn't fall down until the piston is turned off, then just wire the redstone where you want and use a lever it's a lot more simpler

Anyways, I LOVE THIS VIDEO. I am new-ish, to Minecraft and this was one of the very first things I looked up. Your video is VERY descriptive and I only got confused one time (MY FAULT entirely)

A Note to all players, don't do what I did and try doing this on an island in the ocean, you will have to do A LOT of editing to prevent flooding, but I managed. Looking great. Going to continue on viewing the next video!!! Almost there!!

This video was extremely helpful! One suggestion would be to raise the slab height to atleast 2 blocks high. This way, when the water falls and takes the wheat, no seeds or wheat get pushed off the water trail. So basically instead of having to run across the slabs to get some missing items, all of them go to 1 spot like they should. :) hope this helped.
