Try bringing your hips up a little more so your shoes dont clip the rail. Just practice, it actually took me a bit to get the 2 handed without clipping my feet.

Could I go to a Rockclimbing Gym to try some of these? At school, its a common tactic to run up the vertical walls. and there's one that's about six foot, but i wanna learn parkour and show them all how its /really/ done. I feel like an ass even climbing it the way I do, everyone else stops momentum an uses both feet in the jump. I do a cat-leap, right off the ground, though. we have some cool architecture here, And not to mention a few good rivals!
