  • i definitely trade you my 96 grand prix se for that anyday lol.

  • is that a stock exhaust

  • Was that radar detector built in or was there just one sitting there?

  • looks just like my old car same year and color but i had the GTP model

  • What intake do you have?

  • These car is pretty clean and all... But i would never suggest pouring that kinda money into anything, but atleast a 97 3.8L engine. Nice job though.

  • the transmission on the 1988-1996 Pontiac Grand Prix

    Transmission

    3-speed automatic

    4-speed automatic

    5-speed manual

  • I've always loved this body style for the Grand Prix. I've come close to buying one just like this. I'd love to have one but I'm leery of the 3.1's and 3.4's due to the intake manifold gasket problems. I had a 97 Cutlass Supreme SL (very similar to the Grand Prix) but I had to get rid of it after the intake manifold gasket failed for the second time.

  • GOD that car is perfect! Would trade my car in a second for it!

  • nice ride now go woop on some ricers

  • bruh i like wht you done but why tune this car..Prix or grand am are nothing but gas savers and prix has fugly body style if you want to tune a car get a better car tht is sportier... they not ment to go fast they are junk cars. but you did good for a first start. but jus go for my advice bruh.

  • @saabkyle04 dude.. we get cars with those floormats all the time at my work. im out at DAA northwest. do you by chance live in spokane?

  • nice dude i work detail too. and i love racing the cars. always take off quick in the tuners that come through!

    \

  • This is my favorite body style of the Gran Prix as well. They are deceptively quick for a heavy front wheel drive coupe. The sedans of the same vintage of this car are ugly, but the coupes are cool looking. Ones this nice are getting harder and harder to find.

  • nice rims too

  • damn thats beautiful for a 95, with that many miles on it, nice exaust too

  • its not oryginal a mean engine so...its NOT wow

  • Very clean nice looking car. I'm saving up for my first car. Defiantly one I'm going to consider

  • i want one ut hey i did good man i got a 89 trans am gta i got her on the 31 last month i will get it on here so world can c beast

  • ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I have the exact same thing, EXACT and it has nor ever will look this good. Makes me want to fix mine up and restore it but I think it's getting a little too far along on with miles and it would more worth it just to move on.....

  • I miss the hell out of mine. It's a 1996 GTP, Green with Tan Leather and the Silver honeycomb alloys, sunroof and those sexy hood vents. I still have it, but I got T-Boned by an uninsured unlicensed teenager, so it isn't driveable anymore. I'm keeping it for the engine and trans which only have 24,000 +/- on it. I could still drive it if the passenger door wasnt bent out so far and the rear wheel wasn't tilted in. Still runs and drives just not very pleasing to police, lol. What a loss...

  • @ponchochan Did you get out and whoop their ass ?

  • @Thesuperblack22 - I wish I could have. It was a 14 year old non licensed driver who spoke no english, she was with 3 other 14 year olds and they had a 9 month old baby in the car. I wish I could have done something but I was in complete shock... I found a 1996 Cutlass Supreme SL to put my drivetrain in. I should have some videos of it up here soon. I didn't even have my grand prix long enough to take any videos of it... Sad day.

  • @ponchochan I feel for you, man

  • Sweet Exaust.

  • that is a beautiful car if I was in the market it would be sold , asap

  • I saw one of these in my town, and they look real nice! :)

  • the 1988-1996 Pontiac Grand Prix was assembled in

    Kansas City, Kansas, United States

  • Did anyone notice the crazy fuel gauge at 5:05?

  • @bman1320 Bad fuel level sender.

  • how did u get all the chrome in the moter?

  • these are nice cars, i bought a 91 GT with the 3.1 with 64K on it for my first car.

  • what rims are those

  • I have almost the exact same car, the only difference is mine has the 3.4 liter with double over heads, and a sun roof. I love the car to death and I'll never get rid of her. The only problem is I'm trying to find a nice body kit for it and I don't want some generic universal kit. If you could tell me where to get a nice body kit for her I would really appreciate it.

  • cant complain with a super clean car, no matter what kind of car it is...Go Pontiac

what is that chirping when you turn your car on?

  • cant complain with a super clean car, no matter what kind of car it is...Go Pontiac

  • Can you find a GTP pleaseeeee.

  • Sweet ride!

  • Hey you had for sale this Pontiac I love that car men I just wane know how much you sale you car men?????

  • What kind of Exhaust was put onto the car, is it the 3.4l?

  • Very clean se

  • very VERY nice car you have there!

  • shit s still slow as fuc d 1 got s newest model & lot faster than that piece why wont just trash it or trade it 4 a bug cuz s pussy lookn 1

  • nice looking car but i don't know i think i still like Chevy the best. im checking out alot of your videos because in a year or two i'll start driving and i'm deciding what car i want. mostly looking at the '90-'99 cars since i could probably get them alot cheaper than a newer car plus i love older cars new cars seem to be bigger and uglier.

  • LOVE THIS, PONTIAC FOR LIFE!!

  • my friend had one of those and holy fuck that was one of the fastest v6's i have been in

  • Sounds weak. I hope you didn't pay too much for that exhaust system...

  • Comment removed

  • Nice vid..i got the same pontiac for the most part mys an 02 but it still has the 3.1l in it and im trying to work with it but i cant find anything for it...what kind of intake did you use

  • Very clean car, how long have you had it? Always loved that body style, that's the style that got me hooked on GP's. I have a 03 GT, love the car. Heading out to the Pontiac Nationals in a couple of weeks in Ohio. Great time, went out last year.( see "My fun family sport sedan" on youtube)

  • sounds like its misfiring

  • is that a radar detector???? in the center console

  • awesome car dude

  • i have a "95 GTP and it is retty quick for a small car to bad it didnt have a supercharger like the rest after it but i still love it good gas mileage on it but dont know the estimated amount do you know it?

  • the motor in my grand prix is a 3.1 liter mpi v6

  • nicee ride broo reall cleann

  • I really like those rims! how much did you pay and what kind are they?

  • Sweet.. I got a GTP instead.. I bought it from texas.. I LOVE southern cars.. I see your from the south too.. Pypes Tips is where its at.. I have them attached to magnaflows, 3" exhaust system.. Sounds like you have magnaflows too.. Rims look good on there also..

  • Jesus, wider angles, it's so hard to watch your videos when everything is tight angles.

  • I have the same 1996 pontiac grand prix SE 2 door, I took out the old 3.1 after it blew a head gasket at 119,000 and put a used one in that was out of a regal that was rear ended it had 34,360 miles on it. My car now has 168,489 miles and the transmission has been serviced every 60,000 and still works and shift's through all 4 gears like it should....though I wish mine looked as nice as your'se nice job.

  • @walldeezy510 Wow I went through my head gasket right around that time too. But I blew another 3.1 a month later....

  • i just bought a 96 with 117000 on it. I wanna do intake and exhaust this summer and clean it up real nice. I hope i can make it look as good as urs cuz it was smoked in b4 and that shit is hard to clean off the dash

  • He probobly put like a million dollars into this car to get it back like this.... Its beautiful though!!! Wish I had the money to get mine like this...

  • i really want one my dad is gunna check one out for me tomorrow and see if its good or not. its being sold for $850.00 i really want it.

  • damn ive got a 96 grand prix nowhee nar as nice as yours though

  • beautiful car man! I was just wondering if you know of a good online site where i can get the front nose for the car mine is messed up. or aftermarket parts for this car. thanks

  • Wow I didnt realize you made this video. I first saw this video months ago and was amazed on how nice you cleaned it up. I almost like this body style better than my 01 GT! Too bad this style didnt have the 3.8...Nice Job!

  • Yeah man, it was a while ago haha, thanks a lot =)

  • i have one with 160000 miles on it. stock everything.. where can i get that body kit?

  • this is the stock body for this car...only 1995-1996 Grand Prix's have this body style... just an fyi :)

  • I have a royal blue with 33k and it sounds good like this one

  • LOL. Nice pictures dude. Hey, does anybody know if these cars have an overhead temperature and compass gauge?

  • Mine does

  • This is my favorite car from Pontiac! I love how they run to!

  • At first i never thought too much about pontiac until i actually bought one, i bought a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am Sport Edition. Let me tell ya, that changed my mind quick. I love Pontiacs!!! espcially mine.

  • Hmm, did you buy it like that or did you add on the rims and exhaust?

  • failure to dim! jk haha

  • Beautiful, One of my favorite cars of all time, but the stock exhaust sounds a hell of a lot better and a shitload louder. Well thats just my opinion. Kickass car though.

  • Clean ride man. The Grand Prix is a cool car.

I have a '99 GP GT with the 3800 Series II

  • Ive been looking to buy one of these for forever!

I cant find one for sale though thats still available!

  • I got one it's dark green I will take 5000 for it has a new 3100 with less than 10,000 miles on it

  • i have a 94 grand prix sedan and i have always wondered if you can take the coupe rear bumper and put it on the 4 door, or would it not fit? can anyone help me out i would appreciate it alot. nice car btw

  • i like the exhaust on that

i have a 95 gp se as well

    not as nice though

  • flawless milky white paint, nice throaty exhaust.. I absolutely hate the interior though.. some black leather would work wonders in it lol. Just my opinion.

  • hahaha I totally agree with you

  • Those seats are way more comfortable than my Cobalt SS leather seats.

  • Very nice grand prix! I have an older version in just as good of shape with 74000 miles. Check my vids

  • heh i used to think these were cool when i was a kid! i actually still kind of like them.

  • Figured as such. Very nice car!

  • my parents had a 89 grand prix black /gray interior sold it with 135k in 05 bought it with 110k in 94-93 i think

  • i would say 5000 dollars american

  • well it's not ours but the guy did sell it for between 3000 and 4000 dollars, good deal in my opinion

  • That thing that beeped(not the seatbelt beep) when you started it up that has the red and green lights on the bottom of the center stack, is that a radar detector?

  • yea nice car :-) Dave would say sucks edition lmao.

  • was it a young kid that owned the car? gosh looks so nice lol

  • actually no, they guy was middle aged I believe, he worked for sony and a company that worked with the fast and the furious movies, he installed parts on the car as a means of testing them out

  • i like pontiacs but i heard the standard pontiacs have bad brakes

  • I didn't know that, I think this one had upgraded slotted and vented disc brakes

  • nice exhaust and rims! xD

  • oh yeah it was sweet, the rims really set it off!

  • as dave would say "sucks edition". hahaha!

  • hahahaha that's awesome LOL

  • 1:54 what's with those weird sounds?

  • haha oh yeah, it was a radar detector hardwired into the car

  • wow that's really clean for its age!... but that climate control fan sounded weird to me

  • yeah something was up with that fan, it was cold, but must've had something to do with the motor

  • Ohhh that 3100 sounds AWESOME.

  • Yeah it did with that CAI and exhaust
