You need to get them on a better diet. Rats need protein! If you still have them on that Salad stuff and the "occasional hamster food" they are more then likely not getting enough protein. Which is why they may eat each other. So please buy a good rat and mouse food. Or you can look up how to make homemade rat food with the right stuff in it. I am not trying to attack you i just want your rats to be healthier and not eat each other.

It could also be cage sizes. Maybe you need to upgrade it?
