I grew this, absolute pleasure to watch grow esp in the later stages when the buds turn purple, it finished really purple.

Out of interest did you top the plant? As i did not and the one i grew just had a central cola formation with some small side branching. Yours has bushed alot more, but this just might be down to different phenos.

It depends on the strain. ask the breeder! Usually 20 hrs is recommended ;-) As a rule there will not be much side branching, they are usually best productive with one main cola. peace

Thanks for sharing this great video. That plant looks really amazing considering that it's only 4 weeks old! I just want to know if you can grow several plants in that system? I noticed that the plants can really grow big so I am a little worried that the plants will have to compete with the space. I am also thinking that the growth of one plant will affect the growth of the other plant. Is that possible?

Do you think putting an auto-budding plant under 24 hours of light would increase the amount of bud produced, due to more photosynthesis occuring? I am just wondering because i've heard that putting a vegetative (regular budding) plant under 24 hours of light just allows for more photosynthesis to occur, more light=more growth, as ive heard of course, I would just like another opinion.

@weedjesus47 I prefer 18 because the night time is actually useful for a plant. the majority of growers go 18 with some doing 24. I really don't think that 24 gives you any advantage. when a plant grows under 18 hours thats plenty of time. my plants tend to be monsters and I never do 24.

@weedjesus47 I have grown under 24 hours and 18 hours, and personally i feel like the plant is less stressted when it gets its 6 hours of no light and rest time as my plants start to droop down when it's close to sleeping time as if they know, then waking up they are nice and up. additionally it saves 6 hours of electricity which is probably only going to give you approx 2-6 inches more on the plant if done under 24 hours.

@weedjesus47 That's actually a terrible idea, the dark time is just as important as light time as that's when the plant can break down everything it has consumed into usable energy to grow. You'll just overload the plant with too much light and it won't know what to do with itself.

@pghkid95 ??? what does that have to do with it? these plants will flower under 24 also. and 18 hours is better than 24, the night phase is actually very important. its like a human never sleeping or sleeping very little, its not a good thing.

You never said anything about the HIGH. I have heard of a quick flowering plant, here in the San Joaquin valley.

But the thc level is noticably lower than the indica and sativa strains.
