Why is the volume so low on the videos? Can you correct that? Great Series! If you focus and implement, you can a learn a lot, fast. I haven't pushed my brain this far since college.
you can setup a room within friendfeed and make it private or public. Then you can invite your team members and have a private conversation (assuming you made the group private).
Ed, there is a challenge that I would like to address to you: I see the potential of socialization online one day, if not already, replacing or even adding to a job resume and even a job interview. To my viewpoint at least, I do not see a resume/job interview saying all that much about a future client for a job. While Twitter, friendfeed, and others, it which friendfeed does bind together, a better way to tell about oneself even in a business invironment. What do you think?

bad audio, too much focus on talking head video then the actual FriendFeed screens which are, for the most part, barely discernable
