this video and the title were just plain stupidity. 1st, there is no conflict between vietnam and philippines. 2nd, in Palawan, Pihlippines, thousands of vietnamese refugees were "adopted" by the philippines giving them shelter, food and clothing for a long period of time. up to this present time, filipinos and vietnamese in palawan, are partners in some businesses. one of the famous food in palawan is "chao long" (pho), a native vietnamese food which is a great hit in palawan.
