Do you have any kind of amp that you use in combination with POD for when you are not recording? I really just play around the house and I have a Wolfgang and Flextone III, but I'm not real satisfied with the Flextone. I just want a good VH tone in a small package. Thanks a bunch.
@rleroy25 I just hook it up to a 1400watt Power amp that i have along with 2 Crate PA speakers. Not exactly an ideal guitar rig. But i'll be damn if it doesnt blow my freakin mind..lol
As you already know, your playing is excellent and you really nail the EVH tone. I know I and many other would really enjoy a video that shows your rig and some sample settings. Again, awesome job!!
@rleroy25 Well i wouldnt be showing you much,. All i have is a POD xt Pro ran directly to my PC. Here are my settings tho.
Bass=10 Mid=8 Treble=7 Presence=7 Drive=6
I also use a Classic Distortion that is built in the pod with these settings. This is where most of my VH tone comes from. Without it, it doesnt sound nothing like what i want.
