  • Sereno y desprendido, me dejara el Aguila pasar a La Libertad.

  • he had such a great voice, he was by far one of the best singer of his time.

I´ve got so many cds of Johnny Burnette. Although he wasn´t very popular in Spain, because everybody knows that Spain was a Dictatorship during Franco Regime and they didn´t allow them to introduce new style of music. It was terrible.

  • Nix gscheids!

  • i love johnny but this was a lousy choice

  • Maybe I'm a paradox but sometimes I even like strings on some old Rockn'Roll records like Holly ans some others did. Yea this is a awesome version by Johnny. Thanks RoverTCB

  • early 1960's

  • his voice sounds different in this one... what year?

also i think it coulda done without the strings or whatever those are.

  • What a great job Johnny did with this Hank Williams Song.

  • @barrygioportmorien1 its not a hank williams song."Lovesick Blues" is a show tune written by Cliff Friend and Irving Mills. It has become a pop standard and an even more popular country song since it helped make Hank Williams famous in the 1940s

  • @slicknicknirvana

I always thought that it was a Hank Williams composition, it sounds so much like something he would write, thanks for letting me know that.

  • @barrygioportmorien1 yeah.he didnt write a few songs that i think he did well.i forget which ones.but i always like his versions better than the originals cause he sang with so much heart.peace dude
