My 03 blew the engine at 49k..Dropped valve..Front wheel bearings replaced...Rear brake caliper froze..Now the rear wheel wells are beginning to rust through the outside paint in spots..Thinking about a trade in.....

I'm just glad that I had choices like opting for an integrated trailer brake controller, when I got my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. It's so much easier than having to screw one of those aftermarket controllers onto my dash!

Very sharp truck.. I went to check them out at the dealer the other day.. the only gripe I had was that the flashy chrome wheels are actually plastic hubcaps =(
I saw this truck at the mall today and absolutely loved it. Man the 2009 ram is a beautiful truck! I'll tell ya what, dodge did an excellent job planning and designing the 09 ram! I love all the features in this truck especially the dual exhaust. That burnt orange color looks sharp with the chrome. Glad to see dodge is going back to its older styling as far as body wise. Great great truck!
actually, they are teaming up with nissan is probably what you heard. nissan wants dodge to make the titan and dodge is wanting a small gas efficient car from nissan. its a win-win situation.
as for the 'quality' you speak of, its the quality of mpg in their line of cars.

Yeah safety is the "upmost concern at chrysler", that is such BS. If you were really concerned for people's safety, you wouldn't con people out of every cent they own by charging them for safety features that are standard on almost all new cars now. ABS, every car now a days has that, why are Chrysler and Ford still charging for that? This is stupid. Our Honda Minivan offers more standard safety features that a truck your going to pay alot more for.
Yeah, but that minivan gets way better gas mileage than your truck, probably the most important thing these days, seats more people, oh and has safety features like side curtain airbags as standard equipment that you are going to pay another $500 for on your truck.
Good point. You can have great gas mileage, good looking interior, great power, whatever, but the first thing people notice is the way it looks on the outside.
