  • I'm starting college next week. As a premed student cramped in a dorm, I want to stay healthy and stay fit even though I'm studying. Could you give health tips for people going away for school? And exercises I can do without bugging my roommate? Thank you if you can!

  • These are great exercises and far more challenging than they look. Another one you could add to this is lay on your back, knees bent with your feet flat on the floor (like about to do a situp) and lift your waist and butt off the floor so just your shoulders, head and feet are touching the ground and hold. By the way, you have a PERFECT female body, very well in shape and not over muscular or tone. Maybe perfect *feminine* body is a better description.
