@dancampbell357 Thanks Dan, stay tuned for an updated video on Tim's crankbaits in the next few weeks. We will have some on the water footage and some more stuff from in the shop.
Hey Probraid. I took up a new hobby of making crankbaits and i watched tims video so that i could gain some knowledge. I called tim to see if he could give me some tips and i also wanted to ask him some questions. Well to say the least he never called me back. I would be ashamed to act like crankbait building is some kind of secret. Im only building plugs for me and my friends. So thanks tim for all the help. I guess that i expected something different than to be ignored. Not Nice i must say...
@iTzzEuphoriaaaaaa Most modern cranks are made of durable plastic. I know that Rapala makes several suspending/ floating minnows that are balsa. Wooden lures have a unique rattle to them that you just can't replicate with the newer plastics. Wooden lures are certainly still around although you may have to search for them at times.
Nice video! I'm in Knoxville and would like to know about buying some of the medium divers painted and unpainted. I airbrush my own lures, too. Keep up the good work!

Great video guys. I've bought Tim's lures in the past and I highly recommend them. They're unique and none of your buddies will have one.

Bills are hand made from circuit board material, the sealant has taken too long to perfect to release any secrets.

Did you dip them in epoxy? If so, what kind do you use?

What does he do about the bills? Does he make his own bills with hard plastic or does he buy them?
